These Interactive Demo Terms govern access to and use of the Truepear interactive demonstration environment (the “Demo”). By checking the acceptance box and launching the Demo, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the practice or organization you represent.
Truepear grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access the Demo solely to evaluate Truepear’s services for potential legitimate business use. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
You may not, directly or through another person, service, automated process, or artificial-intelligence system:
Truepear and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Demo, Truepear software, branding, designs, text, graphics, workflows, scoring presentations, documentation, and related intellectual property. These terms do not grant permission to use Truepear’s trademarks or branding.
The Demo uses fictional sample practices, employees, candidates, and records. It is provided for evaluation only and must not be relied upon for employment, clinical, legal, financial, compliance, or other operational decisions. Changes made during a Demo session are temporary and may be erased without notice.
Truepear may use reasonable security and activity monitoring to operate the Demo, prevent abuse, enforce these terms, and protect its systems. Truepear may limit, suspend, or terminate access at any time, including when suspicious or prohibited activity is detected.
Information submitted to request Demo access is handled as described in the Truepear Privacy Policy. Marketing communications are optional and require separate consent.
The Demo is provided “as is” and “as available” for evaluation purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truepear disclaims warranties concerning availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truepear will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from access to or use of the Demo. Truepear’s aggregate liability relating to the Demo will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Pennsylvania, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Truepear may update these terms. The version presented when you request access governs that Demo session. Questions may be sent to info@truepear.com.
